Live Class Syllabus

This program is taught in Eleven,8 hour, days. The training curriculum of the American Society of Home Inspectors is used for this program. We understand that defect recognition is needed to make a home inspector competent in this profession. Our goal, however, is to help you succeed. After we cover the main components of the defect recognition, we focus heavily on customer relations and communication. We know that anyone can learn the facts of the defects. Communicating those findings to your clients is crucial to becoming successful in this profession. The classroom schedule is broken down as follows.
